Drive the AI Transformation in Healthcare

As our Business Transformation Lead, you'll be the architect and driver of how we embed AI into the way every team in our company works[span_5](start_span)[span_5](end_span). This isn't a slide-deck strategy role. You'll be on the ground with department leaders, identifying real workflow opportunities, turning them into real solutions, and building the internal capability that makes the transformation stick[span_6](start_span)[span_6](end_span).

What You'll Own

• Drive Transformation (65%): Own the AI transformation roadmap end-to-end and run discovery sessions with department leaders[span_7](start_span)[span_7](end_span).
• Build Capability & Culture (20%): Champion a culture of curiosity and develop internal AI literacy programs[span_8](start_span)[span_8](end_span).
• Align & Influence (15%): Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on AI transformation strategy[span_9](start_span)[span_9](end_span).

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in business transformation, change management, or operations leadership[span_10](start_span)[span_10](end_span).
• Fluent in modern AI tools - including LLMs like Claude and ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and no-code automation platforms[span_11](start_span)[span_11](end_span).
• Experience in healthcare, health plans, pharmacy, or adjacent regulated industries is preferred.
