Job description
Dropbox is seeking a Content Designer (UX Writer) to craft the words that guide users through their cloud storage and collaboration tools. You'll own the writing voice across web and mobile products.
- Write clear, concise UX copy for buttons, notifications, error messages, and onboarding flows
- Develop and maintain content guidelines and voice and tone documentation
- Conduct content audits and identify opportunities to reduce friction in user journeys
- Partner with product design to ensure words and visuals work in harmony
