Job description
Zendesk is hiring a Customer Success Manager to ensure enterprise customers derive maximum value from their customer service platform. You'll own a book of business and drive retention and expansion.
- Manage a portfolio of 30-50 enterprise accounts with high ARR
- Run regular business reviews and help customers achieve their CX goals
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in collaboration with sales
- Escalate and coordinate resolution of customer issues across teams
