Job description
Stop writing abstraction layers and start touching the bare metal. Apple's Custom Silicon Management team is looking for a relentless Firmware Engineer to write the low-level code that brings our next-generation M-series chips to life.
You won't be relying on standard OS libraries here. You will be writing ROM bootloaders, configuring advanced ARM power management states, and debugging complex clock-gating issues directly on pre-silicon emulators. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with SoC architects and hardware validation teams to ensure our chips run faster, cooler, and more securely than anything else on the market.
If your idea of a good time is analyzing logic analyzer traces, writing hyper-optimized C/Assembly, and you understand the intricacies of memory management units (MMU) better than your own name, we have a desk waiting for you.
