Job description
Intercom is hiring a Lead Product Designer to shape the customer messaging platform used by over 25,000 businesses. You'll define design vision, mentor a team of designers, and ship polished customer-facing experiences.
- Lead design for core areas including the Messenger, Inbox, and Help Center
- Build and maintain Intercom's design system and component library
- Facilitate design critiques and raise the bar for design quality across the team
- Partner with research to ground design decisions in user evidence
