What you will be doing:
- Design and scale distributed systems for large-scale LLM training and inference.
- Collaborate with research scientists to improve model steerability and safety.
- Optimize high-performance compute clusters for 99.99% availability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems or infrastructure engineering.
- Expertise in Python, C++, and Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of LLM architecture and model scaling.
