Job description
GitHub is hiring an SRE to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of the platform used by over 100 million developers. You'll own incidents, build automation, and drive down toil.
- Maintain and improve the reliability of GitHub's distributed systems
- Build and own automation to eliminate manual operational work
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations and lead incident responses
- Work with engineering teams on capacity planning and SLO definitions
