Figma is seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive strategy and execution for developer-facing features including plugins, APIs, and the Figma platform ecosystem.
- Define the 3-year vision and near-term roadmap for the Figma developer platform
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to set technical priorities and make build-vs-buy decisions
- Define success metrics and build a culture of data-informed decision-making
- Engage with the developer community to gather requirements and validate product direction
