Instead of managing a large human workforce, you will lead advanced AI agents (like Claude Code and Cursor) to ship production-ready code rapidly.
Your Mission
- AI Workflow Leadership: Own the entire lifecycle of feature deployment by directing AI agents to write, test, and optimize code.
- Outcome-Based Engineering: Work horizontally with Product Managers and Designers to move the needle on core business metrics (conversion, retention).
- System Architecture: Design resilient backends using PHP/Laravel while ensuring our React/TypeScript frontend remains flawless.
