Job description
GitLab is seeking a Technical Recruiter to source and hire world-class engineers across their globally distributed team. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles at every level.
- Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and job requirements
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and outbound outreach
- Run structured interview processes and provide data-driven hiring recommendations
- Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles in infrastructure and security
